Warranty

Tanotis.com will provide the product to you. Warranty is provided by the Manufacturing Brand/Company. Most of the major brands will have service centres in India. You can directly apply for warranty in case of any issues. Some of the brands may not be available in India as they do not operate in India. In such cases you cannot claim warranty. 

Tanotis imports products in a completely legal way and you can use the bill provided by the us as a valid proof of purchase. We will help you in case you find any problems.

Products delivered by Tanotis is brand new and usually do not have any issues. Some products may have 120V input and if the you use 240V input for the same and damage the product, you may not be able to claim for warranty.

If the delivered product is either damaged or defective upon opening,immediately inform us. We will verify the problem, contact the supplier and issue you a refund or replacement.
